Minmatar meant to be speedy then make it speedy.. Or just leave the tracking bonus alone with current version and just fix the drone bandwith/bay to 125/125 then some other fixing..

But you know what the MWD like nowadays.. And the snake set... Fleet bonus...
You can at most reach 2400m/s.. Well still sounds crazy but yeah definitely not as crazy as the old days 8))

aff why in hell so many peopple have NOT CLUE on how to fight with a speed ship? You use speed to control RANGE. so RANGE advantage means everything...
notice how vagabond has a flloff bonus not a stupid trackign bonus like the munin? Now check wich ones is the speed boat of the 2....
Well the fact is this speedy ship is a BS not a Vaga.. Vagas can do 4k/s to overrun most targets and kill inties with the tracking of medium AC then get away in one piece.. If you didn't make it and his buddies in T1 plated Cruisers jumped on you and started orbiting... At least you're still able to bite back with the tracking till you fall...
When it become a Machariel.. inties come, get you scramed ,mwd's off , you got jumped by T1 Cruisers. and without the tracking bonus you found your guns firing so hard but hitting ****...
Always remember no one wanna one on one against a shinny ship that might be holy pimped, You are always being set uped thus you are not keeping your range and so the fall off bonus becomes a joke.
And finaly.. the concept Speedy BS it self become a joke especially when it's a faction one costing over a bil... unless it's either remarkablely speedy that can really do something against fast tackles or it is bit more speedy than others(faction BS) but still can tank'gank pretty well.

Well if you make a speed chart you will notice this fat BS is faster than anything bulkier than a vagabond. And you still have 1 high slot to use a deadspace neutralzier (or you will use a t2 one in a 1.6Bil isk ship?). This alone makes anythign that can tackle you... you can neutralize. That alone makes that most hacs etc will try to keep range from a BS (or do you usually see HAcs throwing themselves at web range from a tempest..? .. one of the stupidiest things a Hac could do.... being able to reach the targets that are at 20-25 km is a BLESS! If for any reason you need MORE tracking.. fit dual 425mm and a target painter...
No one going to use ANY of the faction BS in large groups. They will always be used by small groups to fight small very small groups. Even on the scale of 2v2 3v3
On these scenarios thew new Mach is excelent and the falloff bonus is amazing.
Well do u know that 2/2 or 3/3 is nothing but a laugh..? And have u even ever heard of ALT JUMPs? You never know exactly how many oppents your gonna face till they show up from shadow. Couple tacker can't be all neuted.. Since u already know faction BS don't fly in large scale, then you know you have bigger chance to be out numbered.. then again. Mostly you never fly a billion ship to a belt unless your a pure dumb or you are in a big hurry to die. Gate fight/station fight is where those Shinny ships are used, where you don't really wanna run around or keep a range cause you might never ever be able to come back to dock/jump again if needed...

Yes I know they're overpowered but it's the way that we can see more of those shinny ships on battlefield but carebearing in high sec,no?
